I called TalkTalk to cancel back in September - I had already agreed a deal with BT and the service from TalkTalk had been terrible. They didn't cancel the account and I have been hounded about late payments since them. I called again today to cancel and was hung up on 4 times. The customer service is without a doubt the worst I've ever had. I'm now basically stuck, unable to cancel my wifi and getting hounded about late payments - any advice?
