Wifi light orange

The wifi has been down for a couple of hours now. I’ve turned the router off and on, reset it, checked all the wired and it’s not fixed the problem. At first the light was static orange, it has occasionally flashed white and orange but has just stayed at solid orange for over an hour now. I live in York if that’s any significance. Please can someone help get my internet back up I’m in a student house and can’t do my work without it. Thanks

Hi

 

You might not use the phone, but there will be a landline number associated with your account.

 

If you can add the number, or the account number to your 'Community Profile'  this will allow me to identify your line and run some tests for you.

we don’t have a house phone. I live in a student house so there’s just the internet

Worth leaving the router off for fully 30 minutes,  @dayna.

 

Staff will reply during the day. 

 

You MUST complete your community forum profile details, particularly with your Talktalk landline number. 

 

Go via your avatar/name; settings; launch profile wizard.
