Have been with talktalk for nearly a year now and this is the fourth time the WiFi has suddenly dropped. Usually able to discuss via live chat but cannot get this feature to work today. Can a member of the team please contact me to fix this issue - why is it so hard to access help for a service we pay for?

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

There should be a blue Chat now button, or grey Chat busy one. If you cannot see either then make sure pop up blockers are disabled, or try a different browser.

Live chat is working for me, have you tried from here?
If you would like the support team here to look into this for you it will help if you make sure that your personal details including TalkTalk landline number are complete on your community profile (click here) so that they can link your forum identity with your account and then wait for them to respond.
