Will my broadband still be fitted due to covid 19

I’m due to get my WiFi fitted on the 7th April. With the recent covid 19 outbreak I’m wanting to know whether an engineer will still be coming out to fit it. We’re desperate need of it as I’m my sisters guardian and she needs internet to access her school work due to lockdown.

Installs are going ahead, and BT will complete work externally.

 

They will not enter a property however where work is required.
