I can’t get through to any talktalk team members I need help with setting up my broadband

Hi Nazia,

 

I'm sorry for the delay and I'll take a look now. I've run a test on the line which hasn't detected a fault, however I can see that the line is not currently in sync. Is the voice service ok and do you have a dial tone? Does your master socket have a test socket?
