hi i’m new customer my go live date was meant to be 25/3/20 received text to say was problem and they would text if my go live date was delayed which it is as it’s still not working. i don’t have an account number so can’t sign up to ‘my account’ and don’t know my landline number because an engineer didn’t come out to fit it due to corona virus
