Are you logging in with the correct email address for the new account?
It'll be the same address that receives your billing notification each month, @confused8.
Another way to check is to add your Talktalk landline number to your community forum profile.
Then Talktalk staff on the forum will be able to identify your account. They'll follow up from there.
Please complete your community forum profile details. Go via your avatar/name; settings; launch profile wizard.
Staff will reply during the week, when they reach your thread in the queue.
