can't access my current TalkTalk account

I do have a TalkTalk account but I can't get to it. When I log in, I get to see my now non-existent account that closed years ago. 
How can I access my current account?

Have you tried deleting the cookie in your browser which contains your old account information?

Are you logging in with the correct email address for the new account?

 

It'll be the same address that receives your billing notification each month, @confused8.

 

Another way to check is to add your Talktalk landline number to your community forum profile. 

 

Then Talktalk staff on the forum will be able to identify your account. They'll follow up from there.

 

Please complete your community forum profile details. Go via your avatar/name; settings; launch profile wizard. 

 

Staff will reply during the week, when they reach your thread in the queue.
