cant log into account

hi

i cannot log into my account for some reason. was ok until a couple of days ago, i have tried everything i can think of, it lets me set a new password but then when i go to log in it keeps saying incorrect password/ email address. been told i wasn’t registered by customer services so went onto register but says i am already registered, so no help there. 

any ideas/ help with this is much appreciated thankyou.

If you would like us to look into this, please can you update your community profile to include your home telephone number, we will then be able to have a look at your  account.

To do this go into 'my settings' then 'personal information' then add your details.
