You would need to call our Customer Loyalty Team during Business hours (Monday to Saturday 10:00am to 18:00pm) on 03451720046

If you check in My Account, under "offers and upgrades" and check comparison websites etc....

 

Then phone 03451 720046.

 

Can't be done through the forum. 

 

Shouldn't be attempted unless within 90 days of the end of your current contract, unless they promise to waive the £30 admin charge which would normally be applied mid-contract.
