Just wondering why I have been charged £40 for an engineer visit on the 28th April. As the equipment ( powerline adaptors ) were faulty, I understand this should be free. I even returned the faulty equipment as requested. Any help would be appreciated.

The charge will be reversed, there will be a credit raised on your TalkTalk account in 24 hours you can either request a refund or leave it to be used against your next bill.
