I have requested help several times, the internet has been down for almost a week and I have children at home who need it to do their school work one of them got GCSEs. I have updated the community profile details and no one has still contacted me. I'm requesting a new router please.

So sorry for the delay, we're doing our best in these unprecedented circumstances due to the Coronavirus to answer everyone as quickly as possible.

 

I've had a look at your line and can see your connection is down. Testing is indicating the issue lies in the home environment so I've arranged for a replacement router to be sent out for you to try. This will arrive in 1-2 days so please let us know if you're still having issues once it's connected up.
