Each time I make or receive a phone call my internet goes down. It is then intermittent for between 15 mins to several hours. I can't seem to find a way to start a chat with a member of TalkTalk staff to report the fault without using the phone, which I am naturally reluctant to do. There is considerable interference on the line when making or receiving phone calls. Any assistance gratefully received.

The most common cause of this is a faulty microfilter, have you tried a new one?
