i changed my wifi password using the 192.168 admin page but since a hour ago the internet now doesn't show up on wifi and the 192.168 won't load when i try accesing it using my mobile data.
i don't know what to do and have tried resetting the router a few times to no changes.
Any advice would be appreciated

You won't be able to access it using mobile data, as if you are using mobile data the mobile device is not connected to your router, it is connected to your data providers mobile service.
If you have a device you can connect to your router using an ethernet cable then you could get to the router login screen that way.
When you say you have reset the router, do you just mean switched it off and on, or do you mean you have held in the reset switch on the back for over 10 seconds to do a full factory reset (note that this would lose any settings you have ever changed in the router).
