hi my services go live today had 3 green lights and one red today now 2 green lights with the broadband light flashing can anyone tell me how long does services take to come on thanks

Hi @nisbet420 ,

It can take until midnight for everything to be made active. So worth waiting until tomorrow, but if the broadband light continues to flash then that indicates your router can't make a connection to the street cabinet, so may indicate a fault with your line.

Do you have a landline phone, if so is that working, can you dial 17070, this will read back the phone number of the line, can you ensure this is the number you expect (i.e. the number displayed in 'My Account').
