unreasonably raised the price for the Internet Why Return the previous price

If you would like us to look into this, please can you update your community profile to include your home telephone number, we will then be able to have a look at your  account.

To do this go into 'my settings' then 'personal information' then add your details.

Are you now out of contract ?

Have any discounts ended ?

A lot of customers have had a £2.50 increase as TT have ditched their fixed prices, if that is the amount then you would have been notified at least a month in advance, check your emails !
