moving home during covid-19

Hello, 

 

I am an existing TlkTlk customer on a broadband  package. We are due to move next week and would like to do the homemove and the package will put us onto Fibre. 

 

My worry is if our move is delayed and doesnt happen on the date  i inform tlktalk at what point can i revert to old address & old package. 

 

E.G due to move 3rd new braodband says 7th,,

Can you please add your home phone number to your Community Profile so I can locate your details.

 

If unsure of your number, simply dial 17070 from your land line phone and this will confirm the number for you.
