I have just been in to my account and am advised a problem with the network, I am unable to find out what it is, also when anyone calls me they are sked for name before getting through to me, why is this as the relevant software is not turned on, I have missed important medical calls.

my callsafe is OFF but calls are still a problem I am asked if I want to speak to the person calling and have missed hospital calls.

Callsafe was activated on your line on the 26th Jan 2019, you can deactivate it Via My Account as per Eddie4419 post.
There is a notice that work is being planned in your exchange there is no date set at this time.

You seem to have CallSafe switched on - this is barring your calls.
To turn CallSafe off:
