Hi, On 14th day after connection I cannot Facebook or use Messenger, Instagram a number of apps on the phone/tablet and even to check my Yahoo! email. Originally purchased SuperBoost in package but cancelled with in 7 days.
Hi, I joined 20th Dec and ordered SuperSafe Boost. Never installed software into any of devices.
Removed it on 27th Dec and switched to SuperSafe – Online protection for 1 device (£39) – FREE
Problem mentioned happened on 3 Jan 2020.
Removed SuperSafe – Online protection for 1 device (£39) – FREE on 6th Jan. and now I am on "No protection".

Hi again, I have checked HomeSafe settings on account.
I had KidsSafe on. After removing it i can connect to facebook now. Looks like it has been resolved. Thank you
