Was sent a new super duper router 2 weeks ago, and since then nothing but problems. Poor speed and difficulty streaming programmes. Been in contact via text messages but didn't resolve the problem so in desperation I re installed my old router which has solved the problem.
No feedback on what might have been the problem. Have I just got a bad router?

I'm using this router at the moment and the performance for me has been really good.
Was it affecting wired and wireless? I can send another router for testing to see if there was a fault with the router you received, would you like me to arrange this?
