solid Red Power light on Router

Hi Sir.

My router is only showing a red power light. i am unable to get any internet.

I have tried following all options of online support like re-starting everything, nothing is solving the problem. also I am left without any internet connection yet again.

what does I need to do?

Do I need a new router. please, could do with this sorting asap please.

Yes, I just called my wife in flat and she told me The router currently switched on, My router is only showing a red power light.

How many telephone sockets do you have? What other devices do you have connected in addition to your router?

 

Does your master socket have a Test Socket?

 

Are you experiencing any problems with your telephone service such as noise on the line?
