My router is only showing a red power light. i am unable to get any internet.
I have tried following all options of online support like re-starting everything, nothing is solving the problem. also I am left without any internet connection yet again.
what does I need to do?

How many telephone sockets do you have? What other devices do you have connected in addition to your router?
Does your master socket have a Test Socket?
Are you experiencing any problems with your telephone service such as noise on the line?
1. Yes. there is no telephone connected, Just the router that I use only for the internet.
2. I have two telephone socket in my home
3. I have tried telephone socket both of them in my home but nothing change
