my internet connection suddenly stopped working. did all the troubleshooting steps(restarting, connecting to wall socket,etc.)
now it's just solid orangle light.
no available support from talktalk at all, im in a middle of something important. this sucks!

Are you able to access the Service centre to run a Line test, this maybe able to detect an issue and arrange a engineer if required.
Support staff will be back during office hours and should pick this up but response are not always immediatey the same day.
