Very noisy call centre so couldn't understand the caller and it was at 8.12 in the morning.
Fraudulent Call about Broadband speed.
Caller purported to be from BT telling us that our Broadband is slow. We know that it isn't. Background noise suggested the caller was in a call centre, possibly Africa as the voices sounded like Swahili although amongst that the word 'Talktalk' could be heard regularly. My wife cut the call but they called back moments later from this number (which is different from the number of the first call which was 01629467391) asking her to log into her laptop in order to go into their website. She put the phone down after suspecting the call was fraudulent.
