How are non speakers supposed to deal with urgent issues and account issues ?
And "LABELS" - why do we have to set a label - I have used OTHER for want of something more related

Agree, if you search for "chat" or "live chat" it's the number one result would be keen to understand what terms were used and we'll optimise the results.
