For a few weeks now I have been unable to access my tiscali (talk talk) emails via a computer and laptop. I have changed my password as was suggested but to no avail. There is only certain things you can do via your phone to move messages etc. into folders. Any help would be appreciated.
The first step in troubleshooting is to:
Compose and send the same mailbox a message to check that the mail message appears in the Sent objects folder and then in the Inbox.
Have you tried the advice from gondola?
