I cannot receive any automated emails ever since 11/04 after the Tiscali mail was upgraded. I have a Tiscali email address and I'm able to receive and send emails as usual however I am no longer receiving the large amount of daily business "spam" emails such as; amazon, groupon etc. I have checked the filters and have found and deleted a filter which had been setup automatically but nothing has changed. Some of these emails are important and I need to be able to view them.
Hi Vinod1, have you tried removing all the old filters and adding new for the new platform?
