Hi @Jobee
To free up your mailbox:
You should now have free space for more incoming emails.
If you need more help from TalkTalk support then please ensure your Community Profile Personal Information (Click here) includes your TalkTalk landline phone number and an alternate number (mobile recommended). Add, then scroll down and put the email address in the Private Notes box and save changes. The TalkTalk Community support OCE will then be able to link to your TalkTalk service and email accounts.
If you're not a TalkTalk broadband customer then more details may be required to verify your ownership of the email address.
