I also am having problems .Haven't been able to receive emails since three days ago. As I live alone, am in my late seventies, disabled and have sight problems I rely entirely on online shopping for everything. Amazon have an authentication process when purchasing which means responding to their email. Can't receive this email OTP so cannot buy anything. Called Talktalk customer support which says it is prioritising vulnerable people but got no help at all. Can anyone help me please?
