Want to know how to get the most out of our community?

Hey, I'm Michelle and I wanted to tell you about our community and how it's packed full of useful information, answers and has a horde of active members waiting to help or just to say hey! We know forums can be a little daunting at times, so here are some of my useful tips to help you get the most out of the community:

Cannot access Tinyworld email

tried via webmail and phone but won't accept password. Cant use reset password as the email in there is also out of action!

Got the text with an INC number but missed the phone call on my mobile, the message said they'd try again but after a week I've not heard anything. Could you request another call please?

The ticket says they'll call again, so I've sent a chaser to ask them to make the call. Don't be surprised if they call in the next hour.
