Closing old Tiscali account which has been hacked (not a TalkTalk customer)

I have an old Tiscali email address that I no longer use which has been hacked. I am not a TalkTalk customer. How do I delete the address without My Account?

Hi marketap, without MyAccount you'll need to follow the right to be forgotten process to get the email deleted.
