Why do talk talk say that  they will respond within 72 hours and I hear nothing .I have been waiting since Mon 20th March for them to contact me . So annoying and frustrating being treated this way .

Welcome to the TalkTalk Community.

 

Please do a quick check that your Community Profile includes in Personal Information (Click here) your name, current TalkTalk landline 'phone number and an alternate number (mobile recommended) and address with postcode (location). Then scroll down to Private notes to add email address(es) for email issues and any relevant other notes and finally save changes.

 

TalkTalk's Community Team OCE will then locate your registered TalkTalk details.

 

What is it that you're waiting for an answer on?  Anything we can help with in this email and webmail forum?  Or do you need to be in another Community Help forum?
