a long running saga where a solution appears unavailable. My Account login email address is for me historic and is also registered as my contact email address within my account (It is a TT.net address) . It is disabled, probably due to disuse) and talktalk want to charge me for issuing paperbills on my landline/broadband account. I have two other email addresses which I use on a daily basis and have used these for years. ( both Talktalk.net)TT send my mobile phone account to one of them but if I try to introduce them to My Accouny they come up as not available? Various chat line advisors have tried to find a solution but failed. Any Suggestions?
Hi carron39, when you try to add the email addresses does it tell you that they're associated with another MyAccount?
