Help - my son's email account has been compromised but we can't change the password. I used to manage it but it's no longer on the list of email addresses associated with my account. My son no longer uses the email address - any idea how we can delete/disable it.
Hi Glassup, it would need to be added to your account and then you can delete it or request that the password reset details be changed so that you can change the password.
If the mailbox was once associated with your account we can put through a request to add it to your account for you if you can't yourself.
