Hello. I access Talktalk email from a PC, phone and a tablet. There are no problems using the PC or phone but when using my Amazon Fire to compose an email, occasionally and at any time, the screen clears and I see the following line at the top of the page: data&colon;text/html;charset=utf-8,<html>/html. In addition, when I try to save an email to the draft folder the small circulating symbol in the centre of the page turns continuously and the draft is not saved. However, the text can be seen faintly behind a page. I take it that this is a tablet issue.

Thanks.

Hi @NEWbrain1

Feels like a wi-fi connectivity issue for the Amazon device.

Hi NEWbrain1, it looks like Gondola has sorted your problem for you.

Please let us know how you get on. You may need to look at changing the WIFI channel to get better signal for your Fire.
