Email not sending (even though it looks like it is)

Hi,

 

We are having problems with our emails sending.  When we click the "send" button we receive the message "message sent", but the message is not appearing in the sent box or being received by the recipient.  Please can you help.

Hi Hornette, I've run a repair on your mailbox and it seems to have cleared the problem. Please send a test mail and let me know how you get on.
