Getting frustrated here after going round in circles trying to find a contact on the TalkTalk website.
I have been expecting a number of important emails that I am assured have been sent, yet no amount of refreshing shows anything, even in spam. In addition, sites I have signed up for email updates have stopped appearing since changing over to the talktalk mail address.
Can someone from TalkTalk sort this problem out please.
Please add your home phone numbet to your Community Profile.
Also, please add the email address affected in the private notes section of your profile.
Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.
