Emails not coming in from certain addresses

Hi there,
I'm using TalkTalk webmail and have not been receiving emails from specific email addresses recently. I've checked with the senders, but they've not had their email message bounced back to them. I've also checked the spam and trash folders, but there were no emails from them there. They have sent the emails... it's like the messages are vanishing into a black hole.

Hi Ken-Stoney, have you cehcked the spam folders in webmail? Have you made sure you have no mail filters that might be blocking the mail?
