My husband has forgotten his password to his email account. I have logged in to my talktalk account and gone to 'Manage Talk Talk Mail' but the mailbox is not listed there.
When we try to reset the password for the locked email account, the recovery mobile number shown is not one of our numbers and the email address that it wants to send the recovery code to is the email account that we can't access.
