How to set Out Of Office Autoreply?

Hi there - can anyone help me please. I do not have the option to set up Out of Office Autoroely as I do not have the "settings" on the left hand side. Many thanks in advance.

Are you signing in to your mailbox at TalkTalk Mail?


The Holiday Reply / Vacation Notice is available via the Main Menu and Settings.

  • Select the Menu option      top right
    (triple line hamburger icon or cog icon on the mobile browser)
  • Select Settings from the list
  • Select the arrow by Mail (or Email) left panel or right for the mobile browser
  • Select Vacation Notice

The Vacation Notice is simply a preset Filter rule. You'll see a link to Filter Rules also in the left side panel.


You enable the Vacation Notice via the Enable tick box. Set up the time period and frequency of notices sent in reply to individual senders and of course your personalised message.
