I can't send emails now due to error message 'Too many recipients'

Help! Last night I tried to send a PDF document to five recipients at the same time and clearly something went wrong, as the email would not send. Now I can't send any emails, as every time I try,  an error message appears saying 'Too many recipients, etc'. I can receive but not send. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this please?

Hi @pipmiller 

 

Try again in an hour.

 

If you've triggered the per hour sending limiter it'll be fully reset in an hour and you can send again.

 

Or, try again in a few hours.

 

If you've triggered the per day sending limiter it'll be fully reset in 24 hours and you can send again.
