I need my @homechoice.co.uk password reset as it's been compromised

I created a community account and have entered the required information in the private notes. Please verify my information and contact the relevant admin team to generate a new password for me.

Is your homechoice mailbox still awaiting upgrade to the TalkTalk Mail platform?

 

On the basis that it is I've escalated to the TalkTalk team to authorise a password change.

 

You may still need to provide some details but these will be requested by Community Personal Message from an OCE_

Homechoice is a legacy system. I'm not sure if it's awaiting upgrade to the Talktalk mail platform. From other people's previous posts it appears this is the only way to reset the password.

I'd escalated to the TalkTalk team for authorisation for a password reset. Just awaiting some availability of people to actually get this done for you.

 

I'll keep an eye on this thread to make sure you don't get missed.
