Hi
I cant access my emails or log onto my account.
I have a tiscali.co.uk email address but all i get when i try to log on is a blue screen with an error message saying "Connection error. The service is not available right now. Retry"
it has been like this for weeks now. I eventually got though on line to a Talk talk engineer who was no help at all.
Has anyone else got this problem or can help?

The blue screen might appear if the TalkTalk Mail service cannot sign you in because the sign in authentication has timed out. Your computer might just be busy. Waiting a bit and refreshing the browser page is usually all that's needed.
When you go to the TalkTalk Mail sign in at https://apps.talktalk.co.uk/appsuite/ do you have to complete the sign in boxes with your email address and password or do you get signed in automatically.
If there's a persistent blue screen then clear the browser cache and cookies so that new cookies can be set and you'll probably find that you'll get straight to your mailbox.
