I lost my connect this afternoon. I spent 2hrs as well in March after I got the email making sure my account was associated with my tiscali mail address. I will be contacting talk talk tomorrow.

Hi
I can get into the apps talktalk web mail.
I was using Blue mail until it stopped yesterday.
Under My Account my mail box. I see my tiscali email address.
Below is a yellow warning symbol. Saying
You dont have an active Talk Talk broadband account or talk talk mail plus
account.
I spoke to talk talk in march and was told I'm set up now. So they have done nothing
Hi IainT1
I'll add you to the list of customers needing a fix for the error message in your MyAccount, My Mailboxes area.
I think the issue is that the mailbox has been added to your current MyAccount but bringing with it the attributes of being associated with a former MyAccount. So, in my view the mailbox needs to be released from that former MyAccount association to prevent it being restricted to webmail only access.
Whilst I don't discount that the mailbox may have been restricted to webmail access only I was told by TalkTalk only yesterday that restriction would not happen.
Although Bluemail is capable of using secure settings some users may have set up insecure use and that may be an issue.
So, just to troubleshoot would you see if you can add the mailbox as an IMAP account using SSL /TLS to the gMail app.
Email settings: Email settings - IMAP or POP3
