Lost 3rd party access to TalkTalk email

A current broadband customer only able to access my tiscali emails via webmail since 15/4/2020.  I was hopeful that the Saturday morning "maintenance" would fix the problem - but it hasn't!

 

What can we do next?

I've moved your post to its own topic to push for a fault ticket to get the restriction removed.

 

I see your Community profile is 80% completed but just double check that your email addresses that are added to your MyAccount My Mailboxes are also added to your Community profile Private notes and if you do update or amend then save changes.
