We always recommend mail users to backup important mail messages as there is no offer of a backup service as part of the use of a TalkTalk managed email address or email account.

You can always try making a complaint. I assume you have written permission from TalkTalk to use their services for business use? Terms and Conditions do normally exclude business use (Section 6) and business losses (Section 13).
But if you're a TalkTalk business customer then contact TalkTalk Business Support in the first instance.
@OCE_Ady Yes it is set up in Outlook as well.
I just found the notification of your post in my webmail Trash folder. I jwent into the Rules set up again to check it and even added a red flag but not even that has appeared in the webmail Trash.
Do we therefore infer that the Filter actually doesn't work? (I can see that email me when someone replies is ticked as well)
