I'm afraid I don't recall my password and I can only reset if I have access to the email address.
I really need access now because my Apple ID is associated with this email address and I've forgotten the password for that as well!

Have you ever accessed your email account using TalkTalk's webmail? If so its likely your web browser will have stored the password for you. If not then you will need @OCE_Ady to reset it for you.
