Mailbox quota - how do I find ?

I received a quota warning this morning on my GOTADSL mailbox

I have cleared out all of my emails, and cleared deleted as well using webmail

but how do I find out exactly what my level of useage is ?

Gotadsl email is a legacy email that's nominally under the umbrella of TalkTalk Business (TTB). If you need support then it's TTB you go to. You can LiveChat or call on 0800 083 3003 - Mon-Sun 8am-6pm or email customerservices@talktalkbusiness.co.uk.

And with TT being one and the same company - I am simply looking for some support !

I am a TT residential customer who just uses a legacy email account - dating back 15 years !

TalkTalk Business is a separate company to TalkTalk Consumer. You want support you go to the company providing that support. I've given you the correct advice on how to get support from TalkTalk Business (TTB).

 

Your GotADSL email account is NOT added to your TalkTalk Consumer residential / home broadband MyAccount is it?  It's not part of your TalkTalk home broadband package. It's not on the TalkTalk Mail platform.  Go to TTB.
