TalkTalk Business is a separate company to TalkTalk Consumer. You want support you go to the company providing that support. I've given you the correct advice on how to get support from TalkTalk Business (TTB).
Your GotADSL email account is NOT added to your TalkTalk Consumer residential / home broadband MyAccount is it? It's not part of your TalkTalk home broadband package. It's not on the TalkTalk Mail platform. Go to TTB.
