I have been trying since Sunday to move my mum's Talktalk mailbox to her new Talktalk Account.
I did manage to move it from my deceased fathers account last week to my account as we had warning mail it was going to disappear. Also I cannot create a new Mail Box on her account either. Spent an hour with Talktalk chat team yesterday who said try today and it would probably be resolved, alas not. Did request email of the chat conversation, but alas that did not arrive either.
Hi Mabel15, can you get your mum to register on here and I can send her a personal message to get the right information to get the mailbox moved from your account to hers.
