I keep receiving the above error message in the title subject for months and it hasn't been fixed. I have been in contact with customer support and they said that engineers were fixing the problem and should have been resolved in a few hours... It is now over 3 weeks and I still have the same problem.
Any light to be shed on what the problem is?
The 'Functions not available' error is the subject of an ongoing investigation and fix. Enjoy Christmas and try again in your MyAccount from the second week of the New Year. We're already into the Christmas Change Freeze which means that it's unlikely that any significant changes will be made until next year to the MyAccount software unless it's a service impacting problem.
Please do a quick check that your Community Profile includes in Personal Information (Click here) your name, current TalkTalk landline 'phone number and an alternate number (mobile recommended) and address with postcode (location). Then scroll down to Private notes to add email address(es) with any relevant other notes and finally save changes. TalkTalk's Community Team OCE will then locate your registered TalkTalk details.
Your talktalk managed email address(es) will be safeguarded until such time as you can add them to your MyAccount.

I've alerted the TalkTalk OCE team that the 'Functions not available' issue hasn't been fixed for your MyAccount and that you're still not able to manage your My Mailboxes.
I'm sure the team know what to do and just a bit surprised they've missed your fault ticket and the ticketing process doesn't flag this up.
