New mail platform

I have a legacy "f2s" email account and have been switched onto the new SSL mail with no warning or help as to how to use it. I can no longer see the size of my messages or seemingly, purge the messages which I delete. Consequently they are sitting in Trash while my mailboxes are over quota and I am not receiving mail.. I am unable to contact support as all routes require a Talk Talk phone number (which I don't have) or an account number which has vanished in the mists of time. Can anyone help me or give me a number I can use to speak to a real person?

The f2s domain comes under the umbrella of TalkTalk Business (TTB). Please get in touch with TalkTalk Business Support. You can LiveChat or call on 0800 083 3003 - Mon-Sun 8am-6pm or email


TTB should have a record of the registered user details for the f2s email address to match to your personal details that you'll need to provide to them when requested.
