I have the same problem. No incoming mail but test emails and emails from other pipex address seen ok. What’s going on. Needs fixing as important work emails to attend to.

Your name, current TalkTalk landline 'phone and alternate number (mobile preferred). Add your full address with postcode (location). Then scroll down to Private notes to add email address(es), notes and references etc and then save changes.
You'll need to sign in with a primary pipex mailbox address (should be given in the upgrade emails from TalkTalk). Can you sign in or get redirected out to the old pipex homecall webmail login?
